I’ve designed custom booking systems for businesses where timing and experience are critical. One standout case was Sito Supper Club, who reached out while going viral, needing a tailored booking flow live by the next day.

The solution
I worked off-hours to launch a custom system that matched their experience and could handle sudden demand. Their bookings filled nearly a year in advance.

I’ve applied the same approach to Calma and a psychologist’s practice offering both individual and group sessions, designing booking experiences that feel intuitive, calm, and built to scale.
