Subscription models often fail when they’re too rigid or confusing. Projects like The Everyday Lab and BeMerry needed subscription plans that felt simple for customers, but smart and flexible behind the scenes.

The solution
I designed and implemented custom subscription setups that balanced business logic with user experience. For The Everyday Lab, this meant creating a wellness subscription that was easy to manage, adjust, and sustain long term. For BeMerry, the focus was on flexible gifting and recurring deliveries with different intervals without friction.

In both cases, the result was subscription systems built to adapt, supporting growth while staying clear, intuitive, and user-friendly.
